Gastrojejunocolic Fistula

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of gastrojejunocolic fistula is presented with review of literature.
A 47 year old Korean male was admitted with watery diarrhea and lower abdominal pain for
11 months. He had gastrojejunostomy, at private clinic 10 years ago.
U.G.I. and Barium enema show no abnormality except mild irregularity on duodenum and
proximal portion of jejunum and ascending colon.
In Exploratory Laparatomy there was marginal ulcer on gastrojejunostomy site and gastrojejunocolic fistula was found.
Distal stomach (75%), fistulous tract, segments of transverse colon and jejunum were resected out. Billoth II Hoffmeister antecolic gastrojejunostomy and end to side jejunojejunostorny and end to end colo-colostomy were done.
